Storing Tips

Any baked good is susceptible to drying out when exposed to air or refrigeration, therefore, it is highly recommended to keep cakes, cupcakes, and cookies in an air-tight container. 

Cakes & Cupcakes

Refrigeration Storage: store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. When ready to consume, let sit at room temperature for 1 hour minimum prior eating.

Freezer Storage: store in an air-tight container or wrap in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil and place in the Freezer for up to 1 year. When ready to consume, thaw in refrigerator overnight, then at room temperature for 1 hour minimum prior to eating.

Always refrigerate any items containing dairy.

Sugar Cookies

Room Temperature Storage: store cookies in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Freezer Storage: store in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. When ready to consume, thaw in the container at room temperature for 3 hours prior to eating.
